Medical or MVA Massage change

What do I need to do to have my insurance company pay for my Medically Necessary Massage Treatments: You will need to check with your insurance provider to confirm that your plan covers massage therapy and that you may see one of our therapist. You will need to send us a copy of your insurance card, your referral from your MD, ARNP, DC, DO or ND with diagnostic codes (required by all insurance companies) and a completed intake form 48 hours before your first visit.

  • Massage 1 hour $95
    The massage we deliver is an integrated one.  We use a number of modalities from Deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy or  (PROM) Passive Range of motion, to a lighter touch Swedish.  We tailor each massage to each unique body receiving it.  Wether you are in need of clinical/medical massage treating a specific injury or just a relaxation tune up we can deliver it.
  • Massage 1 1/2 hour $130
    The massage we deliver is an integrated one.  We use a number of modalities from Deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy or  (PROM) Passive Range of motion, to a lighter touch Swedish.  We tailor each massage to each unique body receiving it.  Wether you are in need of clinical/medical massage treating a specific injury or just a relaxation tune up we can deliver it.
  • Regence Medical Massage
    We are currently not excepting new Regence patients.  
  • Prenatal Massage $95
    Prenatal Massage / Postpartum Massage is a way to keep expecting mothers more comfortable throughout their pregnancy. We use special pads and pillows protecting baby and allowing mom to lay face down while remaining comfortable
  • Intra-Oral Only $65
    This modality is  specific to patients experiencing TMJ resulting from whiplash, grinding, clenching, or other jaw trama.
