Your medical massage treatment may be covered by Regence. Some plans required pre-authorization, please check with your plan to see if this applies to you. At Evergreen Massage Clinic we are happy to bill your insurance, please check to make sure it will be covered prior to your first visit. You will need to bring a current referral and a copy of your insurance card to your first visit.
